Wondrous Item: Eye of the Storm

A crystal ball containing the eye of the storm. Using an action, you smash the orb on the ground to release the storm and activate its effects. 

NOTE: This is still in playtesting, so I'm very much open to critiques for future updates and will update this file itself; once you have it you have it, it's yours and you can get any updates of it without having to purchase it again so long as you keep an eye on it (I don't know whether the site will update you if I've made an update to the file or not). 

Additionally, it doesn't give me a section to specify this on Itch.io, but there's only one page featuring the magical item itself and that's more or less it.
